Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment after it has been booked? 

Plans change and I understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I only ask that if you need to make any changes that you do so at least the night before as I will finalize my schedule at night. If it is the day of please contact me directly. 


How should I prepare for my appointment?

Required prep typically depends on what you are getting and your type of hair. Please refer to my "Required Prep" page for more information on what to do for best results.  If you are still not sure drop me a line and I will be happy to give you more information.


Can I get something outside of the styles you have advertised?

For sure you can, I want my clients to get exactly what they are looking for.  If you have something in mind please contact me and we can create a customized session for you. Please note that depending on what you are looking for pricing and timing will change. Results could also vary.


How long is the appointment?

It really depends on the style you are looking to get, the type of hair and the length. Based on my experience I have included the typical length of time it would take me to achieve that style but when you book please make sure to let me know more details on your hair so I can confirm prior to the session.


Do I need to provide anything for the appointment?

All you need to have is a clear and clean area for me to work in with access to an electrical outlet. I will also need a stool or chair for you to sit on. It would be ideal if the stool has a low or no back and is adjustable. 


What kind of products do you use and can you use my own products instead?

 Typically I use a variety of  professional products that I have see consistent results. The choice is often based on  works best for these chosen looks. If you have any allergies please specify that in your booking for further discussion. 


What if I am running late? 

Depending on the schedule we would either have to rebook or work with the time remaining. The original price will still be charged.


What if I am outside of your service area?

Depending on your location I may be able to accommodate, please contact me directly to see.
